Our Policies

Your dog's health and safety is our main priority while they are in our care.  We have established the following policies to ensure that your dog has a pleasant day at the spa, while have teh adequate amount of time needed to perform the desired hair style. 


We can work with you to attain a schedule to maintain your dream style, but will not perform any miracles or unnecessary stress to dogs that are very matted, or very matted on a regular basis.  The quality and style of the final cut is dependent upon the canvas we have to work with.


Our policies will help ensure the best possible experience for your dog while in our care.

  • Please exercise your dog prior to your appointment to ensure that they potty.

  • Frequently matted pets or pets with behavioural issues, who have not adhered to a regular grooming schedule as perviously advised by your groomer, may be refused that continued service for the well-being of the pet while in our care.

  • Pelting fees may apply to any pet that is severely matted. We may also refuse service at our main salon and direct you to seek care under the supervision of a Veterinarian for the health and safety of your pet.

  • We require 24 hours notice to cancel any appointments, or a 50% cancellation fee may apply.

  • No shows may be charged 50% of their groom total for that day.

  • Please drop off at your scheduled appointent time.  Late drop offs may result in a much later pick up time or not being able to perform the groom that day.  A late fee may apply after 30 mins.

  • NSF checks will be charged a $25 fee and you will be required to pay by an alternative method.

  • Leave a contact number where you can be reached at all times while your pet is in our care.   We can contact you when your pet is ready to go home. 

  • Arrival prior to your pets groom being complete may result in a longer groom time or an incomplete groom to ensure the safety of your pet.


We book a minimal amount of dogs to groom per day to ensure the highest possible quality of service, health and safety of every pet left in our care.
